Arabian Connection, LLC offers marketing, media, and promotional services for sale horses, horses for lease, stallions, farms, and equine businesses. These services are promoted on the Arabian Connection website and its related media platforms – including but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Vimeo, and Email.
Arabian Connection will automatically renew your monthly listing packages for sale horses, horses for lease, stallions, farms, and equine businesses and the provided credit card will be charged. If you would like to cancel your listing, Arabian Connection must be notified by email at least 2 days prior to the new billing cycle beginning (see determination of billing cycle below). If we are not notified of cancellation at least 2 days prior to the new billing cycle, you will still be charged for that month’s listing and services will be provided. For example, in the month of June (30 day month), we require notification of cancellation no later than the 13th or 28th of June depending on your billing cycle. If Arabian Connection does not receive emailed notification of cancellation by the 13th or the 28th of June, the provided credit card will be charged and services will be provided for the month of July.
Arabian Connection, LLC reserves the right to make updates, changes, or revisions to any portion of the Arabian Connection payment terms, at its sole discretion, by emailing out the new payment terms to all clients. If you choose not to accept the changes to the terms, you have the option to terminate your Arabian Connection Listings.
By submitting a listing or service request through Arabian Connection, you agree to be bound to the Arabian Connection terms and conditions to follow.
To purchase an Arabian Connection service, you must be:
At least 18 years of age.
Legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
Be able provide a valid payment method at the time you purchase an Arabian Connection service.
The day that your Arabian Connection Service begins (“Activation Date”) is the first day of your billing cycle. Your subscription will renew automatically each month based on what day is designated as your billing day. If your activation date was between the 1st and the 15th of the month, you are on the 1st billing cycle and your listing fee will be automatically charged to the provided credit card on the 1st of the month. If your activation date was after the 16th of the month, you are on the 2nd billing cycle and your listing fee will be automatically charged to the provided credit card on the 15th of the month.
By purchasing or activating an Arabian Connection Listing, you authorize Arabian Connection to charge the stated Arabian Connection monthly fee, any additional services, and any taxes to the payment method that you provided at the time of purchase or activation. Arabian Connection may change the monthly listing amounts and other service prices - these will go into effect after 30 days prior notice to you via email. Any changes to the monthly listing fee or other services will be effective upon your next billing cycle, and will not apply retroactively to what you have already paid. Prospect Listings get bumped up to Select Sale Listing cost automatically on January 1st of the horses 4 year old year.
TERMS OF NON-PAYMENT
If the credit card provided to Arabian Connection for subscription services is declined, a new payment method must be submitted within 5 business days. After 5 business days, the listing will be removed.
There is no refund policy available in the event that Arabian Connection has already started building the listing or media content.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting Arabian Connection. Your listings must be cancelled at least 2 days before the new billing cycle begins (when your listing is activated, you will be notified of what billing cycle you are on), or you will be charged for the upcoming month. Owners are responsible for communicating to Arabian Connection when a horse has sold. You may not transfer or share your Arabian Connection Listing Subscription with another party. In the event that the subscriber has failed to remember the automatic charge, there is no refund policy. However, you can cancel upon the next billing cycle.
